SHOPIFY CONNECTION

Complete e-commerce connector that automatically synchronizes the company's Shopify store with Odoo, eliminating the manual work of keying information between both systems. It syncs the product catalog (including collections, categories, prices, weight, and images) in both directions, automatically pulls in orders placed in the online store along with their customers, addresses, taxes, shipping methods, and payment methods, and reflects the order's actual status in Odoo (paid, shipped, canceled, returned), including credit notes and refunds generated from the store itself. It also syncs available inventory (transfers and stock levels) to prevent selling products in the store that are no longer in the warehouse, and pulls in the payment collections and settlements ("payouts") that Shopify transfers to the company, with the detail of each transaction. It updates in real time through automatic Shopify notifications (webhooks), and includes wizards for canceling orders or generating manual operations when specific intervention is needed. Altogether, it is the integration that lets the company sell through Shopify without losing the accounting, inventory, and customer service control it already has in Odoo.
