Automatically propagates the cost center (analytic distribution) of the product lines on invoices and payments to the related receivables and payables accounting lines, avoiding the need to assign it manually on every journal entry. Generates a fully customizable trial balance in Excel: by account, by partner, by cost center, or combinations thereof, with filters by date, company, accounts, and journals, ready to hand over to accounting or the statutory auditor. Automatically reassigns a line's account based on the selected cost center (analytic account), changing the account prefix to reflect the nature of the expense/income according to the cost center, preventing accounting misclassification errors. Adds additional fields to contact addresses (street type, address complements) to handle the address naming format used in Colombia. Generates the tax exogenous information reports required by the DIAN (and district authorities) in Colombia: lets you configure the official formats, their categories, accounting concepts, and parameters by year, and produces the final file/report from the accounting information recorded in Odoo. Manages customer and vendor advance payments from an accounting standpoint: records the advance in a separate account, lets you apply it fully or partially against future invoices, and keeps visible on the contact record how much advance payment is available. Adds to the Colombian localization the legal parameters that change every year (minimum wage, transportation allowance, UVT, and withholding tax brackets) and the official city, department, and country codes required by the DIAN, plus itemized full name fields on contacts. Automates the calculation and application of ICA withholding tax (Industry and Commerce Tax) in Colombia based on the customer's or vendor's municipality, letting you define the company's economic activities (CIIU) and configure different withholding parameters for sales and purchases, by municipality, department, and operation type. Lets you apply a different withholding municipality per invoice or order line (useful when a single invoice includes sales across several municipalities), and automatically validates whether an invoice meets the conditions for the withholding to apply. Significantly reduces the risk of errors in calculating this municipal withholding, which varies from one municipality to another. Automates the calculation of the UVT (Tax Value Unit) threshold above which withholding tax applies to an invoice in Colombia: determines whether a tax corresponds to a withholding tax, calculates the threshold based on the current UVT, and lets you enable or disable this validation per company, in addition to allowing manual handling of withholdings when needed. Prevents withholdings from being applied on invoices that do not exceed the minimum amount required by law.
