EXTENDED SHOPIFY

Stores the identifier of the payment made in Shopify on the sales order, making it possible to directly link each order to its original payment transaction when invoicing or reconciling. Lets you define an inventory safety margin ("protection gap"), per store or per product, so that when stock is exported to Shopify that margin is subtracted and the online store never shows the exact total physical stock as available, avoiding the sale of products that in practice are no longer sufficient or are already committed. Automatically compares the inventory Odoo has recorded against the inventory Shopify shows for each published product, calculating the difference between the two and saving the date of the last comparison, so the company can quickly detect and correct stock mismatches between its system and its online store. Strengthens discount synchronization between Shopify and Odoo, ensuring that discounts applied in the online store are correctly reflected as lines and taxes on the sales order and the invoice generated in Odoo, avoiding mismatches between what the customer paid in Shopify and what gets recorded in accounting. Complements the Shopify connector by adding additional information to the sales order (such as the shipping method the customer indicated in the store), improving the traceability of orders coming from Shopify into Odoo.
