EXTENDED MAINTENANCE

Lets you record and track the working hours (timesheets) spent on each maintenance request and piece of equipment, and view them in the hours analysis report, giving visibility into the time and actual cost invested in the company's maintenance work. Base add-on that lets you assign a person in charge (leader) to each maintenance team, as support for other maintenance features. Adds additional data and security permissions to organize maintenance teams and requests by access groups. Connects the Maintenance module with Projects: lets you associate maintenance teams and requests with a specific project, automatically create a maintenance project, and view from the project all related teams and requests, making it easier to plan and track maintenance tasks organized by project. Connects maintenance requests with Odoo's repair orders, letting you see the associated repairs from a maintenance request and vice versa, making it easier to track the actual status of a piece of equipment that needs repair. Connects the Maintenance module with Inventory: lets you define a default consumption warehouse for each piece of equipment and view directly from the request or the equipment the inventory moves and transfers (spare parts, supplies) associated with the repair or maintenance performed. Lets you attach an image to each piece of equipment registered in the Maintenance module, making it easier to quickly visually identify the company's machinery, vehicles, or assets. Connects maintenance requests with the Purchasing module: lets you generate and view directly from a maintenance request the necessary purchase orders (spare parts, third-party services, etc.), speeding up the management of supplies for repairs and maintenance. Lets you configure a prefix per maintenance team so each request automatically receives a sequential, easy-to-identify internal reference, improving the organization and traceability of the company's maintenance requests.
