COLOMBIA PAYROLL

Complete Colombian payroll engine for Odoo, developed by PROGSUM. Lets you manage the entire payroll cycle from end to end: contracts (including apprenticeship contracts), contract types with withholding tax and its deductions, occupational risk classification (ARL) by CIIU code, organizational structure with department types, and termination reasons with compensation handling. Automates each employee's vacation ledger (accrual, usage, and balances), leave and absence management with an approval/rejection workflow, and payroll preparation (payroll events, days worked, payroll lines, salary concepts, and salary rules) with a controlled, traceable validation, cancellation, and payment workflow. Includes work shift centers and types, and the generation of the Integrated Contribution Settlement Form (PILA) with automatic calculation and export of the flat file for social security entities, plus a contract history report and a tool to export employee payroll deductions to Excel. Altogether, it is the solution that lets a Colombian company settle its payroll, vacations, sick leave, and social security contributions directly from Odoo, complying with local regulations, without depending on external systems. Generates the flat file in the format required by Colombian banks for the bulk bank-transfer payment of payroll to employees, validating that each employee has the required bank and identification data. Fixes and improves the description shown in the payroll's worked days/hours detail, correctly displaying the public holidays that apply to each employee according to their work calendar.
