HOST-TO-HOST (H2H) INTEGRATION

Automates bank reconciliation and the recording of payments/collections by connecting Odoo directly to an SFTP server of the main Colombian banks (host-to-host integration). Automatically downloads and processes collection files (Asobancaria/RTAI format from Bancolombia) and consolidated statements (Multicash format, including Davivienda), interpreting each line of the bank file and automatically generating or matching the corresponding invoices, payments, and statement lines. Keeps a detailed log of the result of each processing run (files read, payments created, statement lines generated, errors found, and the rejection reasons for any payment that could not be applied), making it possible to audit what happened with each collection. It also includes a wizard to manually import and preview Asobancaria TXT files before processing them. Altogether, it eliminates the manual work of downloading, interpreting, and reconciling bank files one by one, giving treasury a nearly automatic bank reconciliation with full traceability.
